This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep

any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night .

my regular sleep 4-5am

usually before I sleep, I eat to satiate the stomach first and a warm bath to relax our body .. and reduce the burden of the mind that hampers our sleep. usually also I keep the alarm so that no one wakes me up, thus I feel more satisfied sleep soundly. hopefully useful my suggestion
