Please do not mine with your laptop. It does not have good ventilation and you will end up causing more damage than its worth. It will likely earn you pennies a day and will never pay for itself. If you want to get into mining invest in some GPUs and build your own.
Thanks for the advice. What GPU's do you recommend, along with motherboard etc ? I see the 1080 is quite a popular choice, so assuming you just SLI 2 together with a bridge and go with that ?
Cards in laptops are not the same as basic PC cards, they have lower hash rate. 1060-1070-1080 are now very close in ROI. SLI is not for mining. 2 cards can mine separately without a bridge.
