Sir, you are a bit confused I guess, the BTC transaction fees are not on us and they are the same for everybody on the world. You can make a transaction with minimal fees but as long as there are other more profitable transactions in the network, you won't be able to send your BTC out. I hope this is clear for you if not please have a look at the blockchain and how it works. Thank you.
