Anyone that shady who tries to 'Ruin" others accounts because he has extreme mental issues is not to be trusted or even dealt with, so ... Fuck that guy as the old saying goes. 
Agreed. Just don't forget who tried to ruin what account. You aren't the victim, you are the attacker, and are very clearly in the wrong here.

Does this look like an attacking comment? Look at the words - 'should'. Those are the least powerful words I could have used for that sentence.
I'm not going to go through the other comment cause it already pretty obvious that it's a pretty passive comment and slighty suggesting you to make a change.
