I was reluctantly considering attempting full verification so I could access MY funds, but Just got first (non automated) reply after 30 days telling me      " Due to the threat of legal action I am no longer able to continue this conversation with you. All information regarding your ticket and account will be forwarded to our outside legal counsel.   I did inform them that as far as I was concerned that they had changed my terms and conditions with no warning and if they didn't resolve the issue I would undertake legal proceedings, ( I was a little ticked off at the time!).
Not sure if I should still try the verification procedure as I do want my cryptos back, or will they now just tell me to deal with their counsel?
Anyone else had this reply?
