So, if I grasped it right, there's a 3% fee which makes any bet with a ROI with less than 3% basically pointless?

For Parimutuel bets, the betting calculator when betting takes into account the fee, so if it says you'll win something, you will.

Did not know what this site was about. Have always thought it was a betting site but about sports or something else not on the price.
