I really appreciate your help to resolve the following transaction:

Before days I paid 175.202 sat/B (i.e. total fees of 0.00065 BTC, app. 12$ ) for sending only 0.00825874 BTC (app. 152 $) but the transaction is still unconfirmed. I already tried acceleration of my transaction using many on-line service and also using tool for resending of transaction in HEX form, however without success.
I have one another question. What to do if during the BTC withdraw from exchange the exchange system allow just a fee of 0.0005 BTC or perhaps 0.001 BTC? These fees are too low for the miners to be confirmed nowadays. It is practical impossible to withdraw the BTC from exchanges without problem regarding transaction confirmation. What do you thing, will the above transaction will ever be confirmed?
