Hi! I come to be away from high hard cap ICOs. It does not give high returns. Tough to find low to mid range caps these days. Any good suggestions?
ICO's are anti-the counter revolution that is crypto. If a project can't make it in community I think it has no business surviving. So many scams built upon vapor ware.
