if investor hear that we will having a fork they go panic because of that btc and some altcoin drop so low like this august 1,i think the upcoming fork and blockchain transaction problems give big impact to the market so the price is keep down and down but i think like this august fork after that the price go so high like 120% in that time because investor back after that fork.
