I can give some recommendations to the pool (after 24 hours waiting for getting payment in wallet)

- reset the payment progress bar only when a real payment is done (tx id is available at least)
- do not 'process' a payment longer than 1 hour (took 10 hours)
- in case changing from process to 'sent', please make sure the transaction id can be visible ( it was not for some hours)

Slushpool is reliable but payment took some time in current congested conditions.
