Did you verify EMAIL and Verify your phone number?
just asking why do we need to input our phone number? It kinda turns me off because I don't like to use my personal number for an ICO that is just starting (having trust issues due to past incidents). The email verification should be enough.
Great question, unfortunately its the only way to stop people from gaming the system, we removed that feature and three 12 year old kids managed to open >700 accounts. People can open tons of email accounts unfortunately, but getting a new phone number is hard.
