What?! How can you restore wallet addresses without both the database and the private key (aka the wallet seed). This would be a security issue.
Hint: He said the rest of the files were there. (He did not have a backup and only the sql file was gone).
OK got it, I had forgotten that debate. We should heavily recommend that users always set a password for their wallet (except in this specific - but rather unlikely - case).
