Hey I am in the same situation as you....I am from india and ordered 2 antminers d3 in august for november batch and applies for refund...they are doing the same thing to me....saying please wait patiently for some time and whatnot.

I dont know what to do my self cuz I paid 0.88 btc to them when it was $3000 per btc and now btc is $14000 so i want my original btc back.

Worst case scenario is I think we have to go to china and get btc back in their office as someone did the same and they got the money back.
