I don't think that in January will be 1000 ethereum. Now the market needs to go at the drop. What we saw yesterday is only the first wave the second and soon the market will subside. I think 1000 is more realistic to fly. Ether have a good future they have recently added some kind of record for number of processed transactions per day
But it's a cryptoworld, ETH can reach 1500$ tomorrow and drop to 500$ day after, no one don't know. But yes, January is holiday time, so maybe it will some pause on investing. But of course, if not in January than a bit later ETH will reach 1000$ and more with no doubt.
