Many just do not understand what bitcoin is. You can try to explain what it is, how it works and, of course, the possible risks. If a person is educated, he will understand a little and will not be so categorical. If he is uneducated then nothing will help.
If he says that he does not like bitcoin - this is normal, everyone should have their own opinion.
