And you are right. I messaged him about this and he did not respond one bit.
Needed to know where he sent it from inorder to accelerate the transaction.
Still no response.
He did say it was from a ledger on that same thread but people have already told him that nodes have dropped the transaction as the transaction fee for the sending amount was way too low and will never ever confirm.
11.9 sat/byte on a 1btc transaction will never complete even if their were 10,000 unconfirmed transactions.
