OP chart is totally meaningless without any quantifications. What time scale are we looking at here? And are these crossovers the Goomboo standard 10/21 ? Looks like a hasty emotional copy/paste from Clarkmoody ... 
It's clearly labeled as 26 day time periods. I think it's a good observation outlining that the rally right now is a classic example of a bull-trap. Trends come in threes.
