My account was comprimsed a few times, some other transactions werent legit, some were, iv only done a 2 transactions with that account.

Which means when you lend him the chips he will claim his account was hacked and he is not responsible.

But hey bitcoin44, you are just throwing your coins away, go ahead and lend to him.
