How does mutations of data take place? Is it copy old block data , change local and redistribute to the chain? If so is there a delay in confirmation and indexable by the search engine?
Change of data occurs in the following way. Owner downloading the file has the right to change it. After changing the file is divided into parts and they are caching. The system compare the hash of the parts of the modified file is stored and replace different parts of the guardians. Then there is the publication of the new transaction archive file, and sync them. There is a delay but not significant. Its value depends on network congestion and the time occupied on the distribution of transactions.
