Poloniex was a good exchange to 1 year ago but these rules that have been changing over the months was a bad move on their part, I gave up using their service and managed to withdraw all my funds months ago,
see in the thread There are so many pages only with comments from people who are exposing problems and they (poloniex) have no consideration for these people, poloniex does not answer support tickets ... I wonder when will the government authorities go by order in exchange.
I wrote 3 letters in support, 2 letters to the company, which checks and tweet poloniex.
In the end, I took another photo on all the tips (with the written date and word poloniex)
And after 1 day - verified
So this method works, has your account been verified? Have you tried making some withdrawals to see if everything is okay?
