When I send my money from cryptonator , their default transaction fee was 0.01 which cause my transaction  stuck , I paid for confirmtx to speed up my transaction , however it is still unconfrimed, this transaction  seems going to stuck in network forever? what should I do?

I post ticket to cryptonator  but support never reply ,I am worrying that if it keeps unconfrimed too long it will be rejected by network, and I dont think cryptonator  have a design for this case, BTC could be lost

what should I do to fix tihs?  0.5 Btc is a lot ,I really need some advise.
