The amount of days is wrong as the block time and network delivers not accurate numbers. Could you let us know how many HBC you stak in your wallet, feel free to send us a pm so that we can check this.

I have a printscreen from twitter support. And all happened online. After I did things there was a manual purchase immediately to my lending wallet by your team.

You probably got fooled ;( Our official support would never sell you HBC over Twitter or send messages around over there.
