sir my qualified post in week1 is only 3 because i late to join,
but i see there are participant below me already get stake for week 1 even though I signed up first. i think this is unfair

Why would that be unfair? They made at least 15 qualified posts within week 1, and that's counted.
You only made 3. So you did not get any stakes at all for week 1.
Also, you can't make numerous amount of posts for 2nd week and expect the excess posts to be added for your number of lacking posts for 1st week.
Remember this:
Our own rules for this campaign clearly states that all the participants must create at least 15 posts per week.
Every new week (ie. 2nd week) post counts reverts back to zero.

You might have missed a step. Do follow the steps precisely.

Also, I've already told you what I've said above. But you seem not to care.Guys I have a question..... Considering that btw has bitcoin in its name can we consider it as a fork of bitcoin or its far from being called a fork of Bitcoin. Wouldn't be a bad idea though. Just thinking out loud
