Well colour me a gullible rube.
I checked out their website on Monday, but couldn't find much on them. After some online chat and a couple of emails I felt pretty comfortable to place an order for a couple of L3+ units. The "bitcoin only" thing tripped me up a bit at first, but I convinced myself that it was fine since even Bitmain themselves only accepts bitcoin cash. Anyway, after the transaction was completed they sent an email saying I'd receive an invoice within the next 24-48 hours and that the units would be shipped in 7-15 days and that I would be receiving a tracking number as soon as that happened. Problem is, it's now been four days since the order was placed and I haven't had any communication with them since. I've tried initiating the online chat, but no one ever responds. I've also tried emailing at a couple of different addresses, but again, no reply.
Kind of a tough one to take, but lesson learned nonetheless. Right now I'm still in a bit of denial by telling myself that communications have ceased due to the Christmas break and that all will be sorted out merrily next week. But I think we all know that's just foolish optimism.
