How do you find and invest in ICOs that you see bright future in?

I think every ICO have a bright future but it depends on the dev and the team, if they are really serious about their project then they will do whatever they can to support the project. I will read their whitepaper first to know what their purpose creating the ICO and what their plans with the project, I will search who is people behind the project so I can decide to join in the ICO or not.
Yes bro i agree with you. I think transparant is very important, so the first i see is "team". their active or not, their social media sharing activity, and anything ralated about team. Then the porject and whitepaper next. also the ads. facebook ads, youtube ads, etc. also their rating based on rating website
