I would like to acquire some BCC but I can't find a right place to do it. I've tried sending BTC to Coinswitch and exchange for BCC, but it implies too much time waiting and high fees. Is there any other efficient alternative to acquire Bitcoin Cash?

Yes, I agree, there are many exchanges, but not all this happens instantly. Recently, I was most impressed by gemini.com. But each has its own option, and it takes time to decide which one to work with.
