For all which are still waiting for the next phase of reclaiming here is an update from Dom.
"please download the latest GUI wallet, which fixed a minor bug in the promotion function that was added recently. https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/releases/tag/v2.5.6 We will be providing an update on the reclaims issue ASAP - now that the network is in a more healthy state, we should be able to send back the reclaims as soon as our verification tools are completed." -Dom (December 22, 2017)
