Yobit & coinsmarkets are the only ones I have heard that have free submissions except for big exchanges and SORRY we can & will never be on a gigantic exchange due to our content.

Please note that if you use our e-mail in submission forms please comment in the coin add request that you are not the developers but would like to trade.I will submit once as dev but considering 123 has barely started to be mined exchanges wont probably add 123 unless users show them an interest and desire to trade it.
