We can't deny payment even for Mr. Viper without his decision. But we can place him to the end of queue. This would be adequate and democratic solution, if the rest of miners supports it. Anyway, I can't be a judge for him because I dislike his type of personality.

Actually I prefer RSMPPS. We used it before switching to PPS, also we are using RSMPPS for our bitcoin pool, but I want to try something new. Thanks.
