I have a similar error as well when trying to withdraw Zcash. It's been 3 hours and it's still stuck saying "sending", even though nothing is showing up on the block explorer. Here's some details/proof:

Has anyone had these problems before? What I'm concerned about is that it says the trade ID is undefined...
