I simply get paid in another coin so that I don't have to worry about the high BTC price for transaction. Then if I want BTC I exchange it myself. Most exchanges that allow you to payout in Fiat accept other forms of crypto as payment. Do your research and plan accordingly.
or, y'know, they could comp the transaction fee out of the 1.1% pool fee we're charged... just sayin'
