Hi

I left in despair after the MtGox incident, where I lost several bitcoins. 
As prices have skyrocketed, I thought I should get back in, but there seems to be something wrong with my old account. 
 
I've tried to reset the password both with my old username (Malawi) and with the email address I used when I registered. 

The only message I get is this:

Not sure how to get in contact with an administrator but by posting here. 
I would really like to get my old profile back if possible. :-)
