Deposits and withdrawals are working normally. BTC hot wallet was drained somewhere around 20 hours ago, but it has been refilled back in few hours. If you encounter still any issue with BTC & BCH please let me know.
Monero
I admit we have a lot of problem with Monero in SafeDice. Either the node is stopped, breaking update, or network problem, currently we encounter another Monero issue and I'm currently working on this matter. I sincerely apologies for all of our Monero users for the inconvenience, however as always I guarantee that this will be fixed.
I am not surprised you are getting issues with Monero.
Even just using the main wallet on the desktop is a big pain.
It is very badly GUI designed, laggy, and it takes forever to sync.
Even running the daemon first, and waiting 3 days for the blockchain to sync full, still gives issues.
Really surprised why that coin has such as huge market cap with these issues.
