It's going to be a very hot space in 2018. You'd need to separate between the platform plays and the games/worlds themselves, with there seeming to be more of the first than the latter. If you look at the market cap of for instance Beyond the Void, which has been consistently between 12m and 25m USD for a very long time now, you should be ok if the market cap is not too high of the project.
