I had a thread to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2434651.600 an ICO about EQUAL token, was it deleted because of fraud?

Could it be a closed forum thread, so only the topic starten kan administert access to the thread?

Or is deletion / trashbin the only option?
