hey i lost all my balance on freebitcoin was many more than 1 BTC there ?`?

there was no mail with withdraw instructions ?`how can someone send my balance without mail
also i never gave the authorize for the login so how could someone login without mail authorize ?

i found out that someone hacked my btalk account and send wetsuit some private messages but it was not me
can some one help me please ? hope nothing is gone , he wanna change the mail becourse he has no acces to mail gmail accoutn is my real mail i can prove everythink !!!
