Hi, today i sent 0.01 btc from my electrum wallet to localbitcoin wallet.I was only able to send it when i set a fee of 0.0004 BTC.Then localbitcoins charged me an incoming fee 
of 0.00162 BTC.I was shocked to see the fee.So,totally i have spent 0.002 BTC for transferring 0.02 BTC.
That's almost 10% of the total amount sent.
I think that if satoshi is still alive and see this,he would even die out of a cardiac arrest.
