So how do you expect him to pay for the servers and maintenance if he does everything for near free?  Try and find another pool with low rates that will pay what miningpoolhub will.  Previous pools that I used to use were 3% or higher that did what miningpoolhub did. Youre complaining about 1 dollar and ten cents out of 100 dollars.

I'm just a bit salty because I have some stuck BTC and can't move it because the withdrawl transaction fee would eat up about 80%, and there's no option to exchange it for another coin.

some of the tx fees are a tad high..

it costs almost 2$ (0.0017) to move eth out of your wallet.. a small miner, this could be a whole days worth of mining.. 0.0005 - 0.0008 should be plenty fee for eth.
but only 27c (.001) to move litecoin..

but charging .0008 (almost 11$) for bitcoin is really high.. id rather it take a week instead.. but people complain and they probably get annoyed of that.

I don't believe any profit is made on those fees.  It simply reflects the real cost of sending currencies.  Actually $11 seems kind of cheap.  At the moment, the average fee to get a bitcoin transaction confirmed in a timely manner is close to $20.  I certainly wouldn't want the fees to be reduced and then have to wait days for withdrawals.

why not?? id like to not have my days work wasted in fees.. i dont care when i get my bitcoin.. just as long as it shows up eventually.
If anyone does not like the big fees for BTC they need to switch to an altcoin for payout. I know it sux, but that is a problem with the BTC network. The average transaction fee is  >$40 right now https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html#3m and the median transaction fee is >$25 https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-median_transaction_fee.html#3m
