From what I can see, software is, indeed, part of the deal. You can check the prices for each individual item by clicking on the links provided in OP. However, I fail to see how this package of guides/software would be useful for anyone here. This kind of thing is only useful for corporate customers such as hotels or airports that want to provide selective access to their customers to the internet. It has no use for anyone else unless you plan to sell your internet to your house guests. OP is probably only trying to reap the benefits of being an affiliate for the provider, which would be fine if the advertisement on this thread was more accurate.
