I've got the same problem with Ripple. Asked the helpdesk on 15 december (no answer yet). Asked them again in new request on 19 december. Still no answer and no XRP..  I also started a topic about it at this forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2628097.0. I understand that it must be busy but waiting 1.5 week is not funny anymore...
