Hello I have the same problem, i have send btc to deposit in my account and the bitcoin transaction confirmation took a long time since the charges were small with the saturation of the btc network, my transaction is now confirmed but in the "pending deposit" box there was nothing left and my transaction does not appear in my balance. yet in "history transaction there is my transaction which is noted ... I wait for 3 days a response from the support I opened a ticket .. and I see that it can apparently take 10 days for the support deals the tickets....
