Hello guys. 9 days ago, i wiped my phone and when i tried to enter my Poloniex account 2FA code it didn't work. Even i have 16-digit key and barcode for 2FA, codes that i entered from google authenticator to poloniex still doesn't work, it says incorrect code. i snyced my google authenticator. I opened a ticket in support center and its been for 9 days and still no any answer. I think you should stay away from poloniex, their support team sucks. I don't know what to do right now.
Can you try importing your 16-digit key to another 2fa app? preferably to a different device for example Authy, its available in both windows and mac as well as on google chrome (extension). I imported mine in authy's (GC extension) a while ago and it works fine
Their support really sucks, I believe even waiting for a month to get a reply is still fast considering that it's polo
