etherdelta system like myetherwallet.
If you loss password / private key or anythink ..... you can't recover it.
You are right, Etherdelta is a decentralized exchange that they do not save any personal information on their severs, just like the myetherwallet, so no one can help you and you lost all your money in your account for sure, it is a pity.
