There was always planned to be 2 ICOs before the end of q4 2017. They have had a problem twice with the listing with HITBTC but from what I have seen and read that problem has been on HITBTC side. If you read the WP from dimcoins ico the project is solid as well as a good team behind it. IF they can make the hybrid exchange (HYBSE) that's in the roadmap this coin will be top 20.

I maybe suggest doing some research yourself as this project has a pretty big community and the project has bid potential.
