What do you mean by working product ? Physical product, like some IoT device. I am not aware of such altcoins. Many are promising a product, but  I think 99% will never deliver. That is why 99% altcoins today are shitcoins.

On the other hand Btc, Eth, Neo, Rpx, Steem are working virtual products with many use cases.
