I just submitted a support ticket, just FYI,
it appears the 2fa verification email (for changed IP) is not working;
my yahoo email address is not receiving the 2fa code validation email but I know my email address is currently
working, I'm getting other emails in. Please if you could look into this issue if you get time.

2FA login verification works for me. And every time that I have different IP, I will be prompted to 2FA and I always received the verification code. I think it has something to do with the yahoo, check your spam email. Even it annoys me because of my ISP is having dynamic IP, but as a security, I'll be good to keep doing 2FA whenever my IP address changed. Remember, we don't have auto login in FH.
