Only now I see about the swap and that there are only 2 exchanges to use with XLR.
Is it still possible to do the swap on the new chain of my XLR on Cryptopia? What should I do?

Hoster of the website of this coin was in the United States. Contact the FBI with allegations of fraud on the part of the developer of the coin. I have already written a statement about the fraud.
If you forgot your coins it is your responsibility, not developers.
