It can take from 1 day to 3 or 4 days. Be patient. Your tokens are safe, they are doing this manually and working hard. ICO has been a success.

I sent BTC to TokenPay. Transaction was successful, I got confirmation also from TokenPay. But the amount on my wallet is 10 time less than my deposit.
The support team is not responding. Any suggestion? Thanks.
