Both the coins have potential to rise in future and can yeild profits in long term but i would suggest to go with the base that is BTC instead of BCH which is sub-coin to botcoin because it is more profitable and more widely used.On the flip side BCH is more prone to price dips and pump and dump situations which can cause losses to you but if you buy them in lowest prices then it is a good option to invest.At last also i wouls prefer btc over the other as it remains supreme over all other altcoins.
