My experience from today:

iOS app receives currency without any problem, but cannot exchange or send it…

After number of unsuccessful attempts – simply logged in to web version from PC - from here send works fine and fast.

As usual – smartphone versions require a lot of improvements before it will be really possible to use them with confidence.
